ASSEMBLY 1 OF THE PLENARY COUNCIL UPDATE – 6 OCTOBER 2021

As we reach the halfway mark of Assembly 1 of the Plenary Council, we are asked as members of the Church in Australia to reflect and discern on the 16 Agenda questions of the Council.

In the spirit of synodality, a key message of Pope Francis and the upcoming Synod of the Bishops, how might the People of God, lay and ordained, men and women, approach governance of the Church in Australia for the more effective proclamation of the Gospel.
